"Mary Hoyer And Her Dolls" Book, Hardbound, Hobby House Press Publisher, c1982. Mary Hoyer ran a business making patterns for children's clothing and then also dolls. She ended up having a doll sculpted to her specifications. Her dolls became very popular, and still are.
This book tells her success story and provides patterns to knit, crochet, or sew for her dolls, a slender 14 inch doll as usually a girl, but some boys.
An interested crafter should, however, know that not every composition or hard plastic slender doll is as slendar as she is, so fit should be checked with the usual care. Ideal's HP Toni dolls, for instance, has a rounder tummy.
Condition is "Used" but I consider the book in excellent shape. See pictures to decide if you agree. The edges are good, pages are nice, binding is still bound and not broken. The paperback copy of this book is the same book in a later edition, but the pages come loose because the  binding glue has dried out.
