    Description

    45+ years making Historical Leather , a person accumulates many odds and ends . This is a toggle/chain set for the 1844 Watering Bit . I do not remember where or even when I acquired these , but I got'em by gosh .
    A handy guy could knock out a serviceable Watering Bit in no time . A middle link needs to be made on one side , as well as making or better yet re-purposing a mouth piece from an old Snaffle bit , (of witch there are lots floating around) , and ya got yourself a 1844 Bit !
