    Description

    These vintage roller skates are in really good condition! They are womens/ladies size 7.  They are the Sure-Grip Super X 4. The plates are Made in USA by Sure Grip. The wheels are "PaceSetter" by Hartford Bearing Co, also made in USA. The boots are made in Taiwan, and they feature a split leather lining on the inside and synthetic material on the outside.
    The boots are very clean and well-kept. You can see from the pics that the insoles are still a bright white color. The outer material has some small scuffs and discolorations throughout, also easy to see from the pics. There is a small thumbnail sized snag I've photographed close up, and on one side of one skate, the glue residue is showing (both shown in same picture). Both boots are still attached thoroughly to the bases. The plates and wheels are in excellent shape. Both skates were tested. They rode smoothly and each wheel turned with no sticking. One of the rubber stoppers has a small chunk taken out of the front bottom. Another pic shows this close up.
    All in all, the skates got some use and have the little signs of surface cosmetic wear and tear, but they are in great shape with lots of life left in them. Please reach out with any other questions you may have.
