    Description

NEW SUBLICOTTON-DARK HEAT TRANSFER PAPER 20 Sh 8.5"X11" MADE IN USA.
SUBLICOTTON-DARK Dye Sub Inkjet Heat Transfer Paper 8.5 x 11 Sheets
Heat-sealable, printable Polyester fabric (white) specially developed for sublimation print.
SUBLICOTTON-DARK has a self-adhesive polyester film on the hotmelt side and can be used for dye-sublimation transfer-printing. Motives and Logos can be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing.
SUBLICOTTON-DARK is used for lettering on Sport and leisure wear. Final printed motives and logos are bright and colourful due to the homogeneous surface.
Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.
    Application
Print directly onto the Polyester fabric with a dye sublimation printer. Cut and weed the motive.
For heat sensitive textiles, we recommend to activate the sublimation ink by placing the motive in between silicone paper (351) and heat- press at 190 °C under low pressure for 30 seconds.
The motive can then be transferred to the textile at 160 °C, 2,5 - 3,0 bar for 15 seconds
For textiles where high temperature can be applied, transfer in one step at 190 °C, low pressure for 30 seconds.

PRINTING & TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS using an Iron
    1. Printing and Preparing Image. - The whiter/smoother surface (without back print) is the imaging side of the paper. - Print design on the paper as a mirror image (reverse image). - Refer to printer settings (see below); single-sheet feeding is recommended. - Before printing final image, produce on economy grade paper to test for layout/design.
    2. Cut out Design. - Cut out design leaving narrow (1/4”-1/2”) margin around edge of the image.
    3. Preparing for Transfer. - Heat iron (without steam) to maximum cotton setting. - Fabric should be 100% cotton; iron first if necessary to ensure flatness.- Let fabric cool before ironing transfer image; lay fabric on hard, smooth surface. - Place transfer paper with printed image facing down in desired position on fabric.
    4. Ironing/Transferring Image. - Apply hot, dry iron and follow guidelines below for pressure and ironing time. - Iron with straight, non-stop motions from top to bottom and side to side.
    5. Peel. - Allow fabric to cool completely, then smoothly and evenly peel away backing paper. - To facilitate peeling, gently fold the fabric near an edge of the transferred image.
    OTHER INFORMATION
Adult supervision is recommended for children; use in a well-ventilated area.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRINTED FABRIC (washing instructions)
Fabrics should be machine washed inside out (separately for the first time only) in cool or cold wash setting.
No bleach. • Immediately remove garments from washer. Colors may bleed if left wet to long.
    Tumble dry at warm setting.
To re-iron fabric after washing, do not iron directly on transferred image.
    SUBLIFLOCK
Heat-sealable Polyester Flock (white), with excellent results with dye-sublimation transfer-printing. The printing results in bright and vivid colors due to high fibre density.
SUBLIFLOCK has a self-adhesive polyester film on the hotmelt side and can be used for 8.5"X11" dye-sublimation transfer-printing. Motives and Logos can be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. SUBLIFLOCK has excellent weeding properties.
SUBLIFLOCK is used for lettering on sport and leisure wear. Due to the dense flocking the printig results are bright and colorful. The Polyester-Flock is resistant to yellowing.

Item Description dye sublimation heat transfer paper
Dye-sublimation transfer paper for transfer on ceramics, textiles, cloth & fabrics with a specially coated surface. Do not use this paper with normal ink, use sublimation ink ONLY. Tired of using the cheap paper that you have to check which is the right side to print?
World Paper Sublimation Paper is the only heat transfer paper in the market that is coated on both sides with a unique layer, specially designed for aqueous dye-sublimation inkjet printing & transfers. It is most suitable for transfers on ceramics and hard surfaces like glass, ceramic tiles, mugs, plates and many other substrates. When printed with World Paper aqueous dye-sublimation inks this paper gives unbeatable results!
Features & Benefits dye sublimation heat transfer paper
Special coating provides brilliant transferred optical density on the fabrics/substrates. Unique anti-curl back coating for lay-flat property. Unique coating ensures true colors, no bleeding and sharp images on final substrates. Minimum ink-bleed on base paper to give high color intensity on transfer. Short drying time to achieve high transfer rate.
Compatibility dye sublimation heat transfer paper
Compatible with most aqueous dye-sub inks.
Compatible with most printers using piezo heads.
Instructions dye sublimation heat transfer paper
While printing, make sure that image is printed as mirror image. Cut the image borders if required. Place the paper on the hard substrate, such as ceramic, glass, etc, and apply heat press. Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time.
What is Dye Sublimation Printing & Why Do You Need it?
Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form (Just like dry ice). The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. You must purchase the mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them, it is not something you can just coat yourself. We carry a full line of these sublimatable blanks. When you apply to 100% polyester (i.e: our mouse pads and puzzles) you do not need any coating.
This Paper will only work with EPSON printers that use Sublimation Ink
This is not iron-on heat transfer paper.
This paper will not work on cotton shirts.
If you are not familiar with sublimation printing process this is not for you .•
