issue. The phosphorescent coating glows faintly under short wave ultraviolet light. The variety is uncommon when compared to the normal untagged variety. They have water activated gum and are
perf. 9.8 vert.
Tom Engeman
designed the colorful pair. The

and have a nondenominated value of (5c) each. They are part of the
