Description

One original, expired 2012 Mississippi 'Creative Culture' passenger vehicle license plate.
Tag #DGH-768. Desoto County, Mississippi
Registration/inspection sticker from February, 2017.
The registration consists of two letters, followed by four numerals.
Featuring an image of a guitar with the slogan "Celebrating Mississippi's Creative Culture", white background with blue lines from the bottom of the plate.
Banner at the top reads "Birthplace of America's Music".
This issue is sometimes referred to as the "Lucille" plate, as the guitar pictured is a Gibson of the type played by the late Mississippi native B.B. King.
State name printed at the top in blue, county name stamped at the bottom (Desoto).
Continues use of the classic "Mississippi" design that has been in use since the 1980s.
These plates were issued from October 2012 to present.
In the lower right corner is the month and year revalidation sticker (February, 2017).
Very good condition. Minor wear.
