RCA LPM-3468.
The cover is in great shape.  Maybe very light corner wear but other than that it's beautiful with solid edges and spine.  The shrink has minimal surface rub and about 1/2 is missing on back (see photo).
The vinyl looks super with barely any marks (a couple light finger prints) and all shine.  It plays excellent with just light crackling during dead or quiet play.   The bonus photo is super nice and glossy and like new, no issues.  Comes with original RCA Victor sleeve.
