The cover has some surface, corner and edge wear but no splits, VG+.  For some reason, this album cover is difficult to find in better shape.  I know I've had a hard time and I've bought quite a few.  The vinyl is in much better shape with minimal scuffs and lots of shine, plays really nice too with just minor crackle and a few light tics, VG++/EX-.
You also have the rare calendar that was given out at the time of purchase.
Many if not most of these calendars were used and then tossed, hence why they are hardly seen.  This one has a some light handling wear, a indentation mark along the top right, a tad tape residue at the mounting hole and a little smudge bottom right.  Still, nothing too bad as many are far worse.  VG+.
