    Ekströms Rosehip Drink 730 gram. Swedish instant rosehip soup. Enjoy hot as a warming drink or cold topped with sweet almond macaroons as dessert.
    Rosehips are rich in vitamin C and in Sweden this is often served hot in winter to fend off a cold – but it also makes a lovely summery dessert.
    Serve in small bowls with a dollop of creams and some almond macaroons on top. This is the instant powder version, just mix well in water to taste.
