Está rápida y simple mezcla elabora hasta 10 porciones de crema catalana. Para su prepación se debe poner leche en un cazo, añada el sobre de crema catalana, ponga azúcar y disuelva. Se debe calentar a fuego medio removiendo continuamente hasta que comience a hervir, vierta en los recipientes y deje enfriar de 1 a 3 h en la nevera. Ingredientes Almidón de maíz, espesante (carragenano), aroma, sal y colorantes [E160b (ii) y curcumina). This quick and simple mix makes 10 servings of Crème Brûlée. To prepare it, put milk in a saucepan, add the Catalan cream envelope, add sugar and dissolve. It should be heated over medium heat, stirring continuously until it begins to boil, pour into the containers and chill for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
