dark blue green surround w/ gold trim
floral design surrounds the middle
measures 4 1/4" at the base, 7 1/2" across the top & about 1" high
marked on base "Underglaze Buffalo Pottery warranted" w/ Buffalo Eagle & flag logo
also marked "Niagara Falls"
