These are "complete", meaning they are 100 percent ready to go and skate in, no missing parts and nothing you have to put together or build. I bought them from moxi as a "complete". Being a leather/suede boot they are meant to break in a bit so initial tightness is normal but after breaking them in they should fit like a glove. These skates for sale have NOT been worn or skated in EVER! BRAND NEW! Wheels are crystal clear and smooth. Everything is mint and perfect. I ordered these directly from moxi in both a size 7 and 8 because I know how rare it is for them to be actually in stock. Size 7 was a perfect fit so we didn't even try on the 8's, only opened and looked at them to make sure everything was in order. I was going to return them back to moxi but they want a ridiculous restocking fee, so here I am listing them on ebay cheaper than other listings, in order for a quick sale. These are the "lolly" model which is a higher end model then some of their other offerings. I suggest visiting the Moxi website to get exact specs but these are a high-quality suede boot and i am very impressed with the quality of these. I believe riedell, the classic skate company, makes these for Moxi. MADE IN THE USA. Any question or more pictures just let me know. They come with everything, skate tool, user guide, laces, key chain charm, original decorative moxi box, all in brand new mint condition. Please review the sizing guide on the Moxi website because I will not accept any returns. If it's helpful my gf wears a size 8 in vans and the Moxi size 7 were the right fit for her.
