Though it can be hand ironed onto fabric, the lesser amount of pressure and heat  will result in the t-shirt transfer not being as durable when laundered.
Transfer effect will vary depends on ink quality,temperature setting,transfer
time and other possible situations.
Tips for using basic iron
1.Set the printer to mirror image;
2.After printing please let the print side dry for at least 5-10 minutes;
3.Do not use ironing board. Iron on should go through flat,hard and heat
resistant surface;
4.Do not use steam iron;
5.Never iron an unprotected transfer print.
Washing Instructions
♠Fabrics should be machine washed inside out (separately for the first time
only) in cool or cold wash setting with a commercial available washing
detergent.
NOTE:
Wait for at least 24 hours before washing;
♠No bleach and air-drying,Do not put it in dryer;
♠To re-iron the transfer after washing, you should drying the place and put
the release paper onto the transfer print. - Iron the transfer for 10-20
seconds;
♠Before removing the release paper let it cool down completely.
