. The stamps are service inscribed precancels with
presorted standard
overprints. The nondenominated value is (10c) and they are
serpentine die cut 11 vert
.
This strip is in
Scott
catalogue order as shown.
Jennifer Arnold
designed stamps based upon photographs of real snowflakes. The stamps feature icy blue and purple flakes on pastel backgrounds. Every snowflake has 6 arms (hexagon) and is unique. They were printed by
CCL Label, Inc.
Ten
cents paid the presorted standard bulk rate for large commercial mailers. They cannot be used for regular mail without a special permit.
The
se tenant strips have been expertly machine cut from huge rolls of 10,000 and remain on their original backing liner.
